Thank you to our CCR Community – A message from the CEO

We would like to begin with heartfelt thanks for the support received in these uncertain times. During the past weeks, across our collection of hotels and resorts, we have seen moments of heroism measured in the smallest acts of kindness and care that the team here at Crown & Champa Resorts (CCR) are so well known for. We are pleased all of our guests have arrived home to their loved ones safe and well.

We are assured that the decision to suspend operation in our properties is the correct one for the safety and wellbeing of all of our guests, team and wider community. At this time, we anticipate this to be necessary until the end of June, and we will continue to monitor the global travel restrictions and international travel advisories to guide us in our next steps.

As the situation unfolds, our team will embrace this temporary suspension of operation, and fast track planned renovations to our Resorts and provide time off to our team who greatly deserve the rest and recuperation. Be on the lookout for exciting new additions, soft and interesting structural updates we will be sharing online through the Resort and our Crown & Champa Resorts social media channels.

For the peace of mind for our guests whose travel plans have been disrupted and for those who need to rebook for future dates, we have made our booking policies flexible. Please read our Travel Flexibility Policy for guidance and information.

Whilst we cannot predict the time when travelling to the Maldives will be more than a dream; it is with individuals working together and following the guidelines of World Health Organization (WHO), directives of the Maldives government and Maldives Health Protection Agency (HPA), that we are confident we will be ready when you are to welcome you back to the Maldives soon.
